Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely (“no-shows”), will be charged the full session fee.
This policy ensures that your reserved time is honored and allows me to offer that time to another client if needed.
Session fees are non-refundable once the session has begun.
Prepaid sessions or packages may be refunded only if canceled before any sessions are used.
After a package has started, refunds are not available, but unused session credit may be applied toward future sessions.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.
Emergencies do happen. If you experience a true emergency, please contact me as soon as possible and reasonable accommodations will be made.
